Großes Badezimmer und breites Fenster, das erfrischendes helles Sonnenlicht im Raum ermöglicht. Ich ziehe für ein paar Monate aus der Stadt aus und möchte Ihnen diese Wohnung mit meinem Vermieter-Anliegen ausleihen. Meine Vermieterin (sie) ist so süß und bis ich zurückkomme, möchte ich diese Wohnung ohne Vertrag untervermieten.

Ich möchte eine Kaution in Höhe von ca. 200 € erhalten, da alle meine Möbel neu gekauft wurden. Diese Kaution werde ich Ihnen am Tag Ihrer Abreise zurückerstatten. Ich zahle meinem Vermieter eine Miete von 300 € pro Monat und möchte, dass Sie mir die gleiche Miete von 300 € + Internet 15 € + 25 € Nebenkosten + Gebühren für vorhandene Ausstattung und Möbel 15 € zahlen, insgesamt 365 € bis zu Ihrem Aufenthalt meine Wohnung

Spacious 1 room studio apartment located in Steinfurt. All brand new furnitures in 1 room studio Apartment with attached kitchenette and separate bathroom. Big Bathroom and Wide window allowing Refreshing Bright Sun light inside the room. I am moving out of town for few months and I would like to sub lent this apartment to you with my landlord concern. My landlord (she) is so sweet and until I come back I would like to sublet this apartment without contract.

I would like to receive deposit of about 200€ since all my furnitures are newly bought and I will return this deposit to you on the day you vacate. I pay rent of 300€ per month to my Landlord and I would like you to pay me the same rent 300€ + internet 15€ + 25€ Utilities + Fees for existing equipmeny & furnitures 15€, in total 365€ until you stay in my apartment.
