Since i won't be in Straubing in the above mentioned period, I am willing to sublet my really comfortable, completely furnished 1-room apartment that includes:

- Kitchen with fridge, freezer and compartments (with kitchen tools if needed)
- Dining table
- Fully automatic living room ventilation
- Generous, floor-to-ceiling double casement window that lets in lots of light, so that not much electricity is required during day time
- Spacious bathroom with floor-level shower and ventilation
- Attractive, high-quality and modern furniture consisting of a very large wardrobe, a large bookshelf, a desk with chair and a corner bed (140cm x 200cm) with mattress
Moreover, in the building here are common washing machines and dryers that can be used at any time (for 3€).

The total rent of 435 € comprehends all utilities, namely gas, water, electricity and Internet. (Electricity depends on personal consumption so that the total price can slightly decrease).
