Dear sir or madam,
My name is Yannick Wingerter, I am a 21 years old German student looking for a place to stay for the coming semester. I will come to Utrecht as part of an ERASMUS exchange and will study chemistry in the science center near De Uithof.
I consider myself to be an unobstrusive and quiet tenant, who will pay his rent on time.
Since I will be staying just this one semester, I would need an accommodation from the 23rd of August until the 15th of February next year.
Because the trip from where I live to Utrecht would be too long I am afraid I cannot view the apartment in person. I would propose a video call using Skype, Telegram or similar services instead. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
