The apartment is located near Westbahnhof (major train hub) and Mariahilferstraße, offering easy access to transportation, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the U6 Westbahnhof underground station, respectively an elevator that provides direct access to the U3 platform, making it the deepest underground elevator in Vienna. The elevator is next to a new city IKEA with a big roof terrace and 24h access.

It is not possible to register at the apartment as I am registered there myself and would lose benefits if more people than myself are registered at the apartment. However, if you require a registration address for work or university purposes, you can register at another apartment in 1200 Vienna – large shared student flat apartment that I am running. In such cases, you can use a "Nachsendeauftrag" (mail forwarding service) provided by the Austrian postal service to redirect all official government letters to the new address. The Nachsendeauftrag costs approximately 70€ per year or 23€/ 3month. This option has been successfully used by a previous resident.
