The room is on the ground floor of a detached house. There are three floors in total and also a basement.
The room has two big windows and two doors, one door leads to the garden.
The room is fully furnished but these pieces of furniture are mine and I want to sell them all. That's where the rental agreement of 300 euros comes in. I am looking for someone who is willing to take over the furniture from me.
The furniture includes:
- One big bed (180x200)
- Two Mattresses (90x200)
- One Topper (180x200)
- One bedside table
- One big sofa (which can be extended and be used as a bed)
- One sofa table
- One Wardrobe
- One Bookshelf
- One Shoe cabinet
- Two Chairs

The nearest bus stop is Rehkoppel and it's 2-3 minutes from the house. There is another bus stop Fuchsbergredder within 5 minutes walking distance. With the bus, it will take 7-8 minutes to go to Billstedt U-Bahn Station. Please be aware that, the train station between Billstedt and Raues Haus are stopped and replaced by replacement buses. So From Billstedt, it will take 20 minutes to go to Hauptbahnhof.
There is a Rewe in 5-6 minutes walking distance.
There is a very big lake (Öjendorfer See) that is within 15 minutes walking distance which is a very good place for an afternoon walk or a run.
The washroom and the kitchen will be shared with three other people. The kitchen is equipped with 4 electric stoves, a baking oven, and a dishwasher. There is an electric kettle and a microwave oven for shared purposes. There is also a shared fridge.
There are necessary utensils and cutlery in the kitchen so you won't need to buy them.
There is a washing machine in the basement but you have to use a 1 Euro coin to wash for 90 minutes.
The contract siging takes place by company named Q+F Immobilien. They require a one time contract sigining fee of 200 Euro. I paid this fee so did all the other tenants who are living here.
The house rent 650 includes electricity, heating, internet bills and also the radio bills.
