Hallo,

wir vermieten vom 15. Januar oder 01. Februar bis 15. März 2024 zwei möblierte Zimmer (15m² und 25m²) in unserer 5,5-Zimmer-WG. Die beiden Zimmer sind ideal für ein Paar. Ab dem 14.2. 2024 sind wir auf Reisen, so dass du/ihr die Wohnung für euch für mehr als drei Wochen alleine hast/habt.

Neben den zwei zu vermietenden Zimmern haben wir ein Gemeinschaftsbad und eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Zudem gibt es ein Gemeinschaftsesszimmer, das ebenfalls 25m² groß ist. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und hat ein gutes Wlan.

Bei Interesse freuen wir uns, wenn du/ihr uns ein wenig von euch erzähl(s)t, bevor wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.

Hi,

We are renting out two rooms (15m² and 25m²) in our beautiful 5.5-room shared flat from 15 January or 1 February till 15 March 2024. The two furnished rooms work ideally for a couple. From 14 February onwards, we will be traveling, so you will have the flat to yourselves for more than three weeks.

Besides your cosy bedroom (15 m²) and a large beautifully furnished living room (25 m²), we share a bathroom and the kitchen. There is also a shared dining room, which is also 25 m².

The flat is fully equipped and has good wifi.
