The room has a west-facing window front that overlooks the big balcony and is covered with beautiful striped parquet flooring. The walls are covered with wallpaper but the landlord is relaxed and allow a lot of design freedom in the apartment so you could customize your room however you would like. A large built-in cupboard in the hallway in front of the room door offers plenty of additional storage space but the room itself is unfurnished and you could buy the bed from Ibrahim if you would like to.
The apartment is only a 3-minute walk from the forest, with the Wetterpark directly behind it. The area offers very nice walking opportunities.
The bus stop (101, 104) is a 5-minute walk away, the Offenbach-Bieber S-Bahn (S1 and S2) is a 12-minute walk away. You can reach Offenbach city center in 15 minutes by bike. Rewe, bakery and pharmacy can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
We are Bassem, Misha, Simon and Ibrahim and we look forward to meeting you! We are active working people with diverse interests. Ibrahim is leaving to do his PhD in Hamburg and now we are looking for the next person who will complete our newly founded WG. Your contract is for six months but with the possibility of extension. It could also be shorter if you just want something for a couple of months.
I, Bassem (29), am starting a PhD at Uniklinikum Frankfurt and I like programming, gardening, cooking, going on walks in the forest with my girlfriend and our dog, Ruby (she visits so if you have allergy to dogs, this is not going to work out). Misha (26) also works at the Uniklinikum in Frankfurt and he is into music and computer games. Simon (26) likes music and computer games as well. Simon also likes sport and to travel, he just came back from Mexico seeing his girlfriend. The three of us were classmates doing our master’s in neuroscience and we just moved in together establishing this WG so we have fun together and we will make sure to make you feel included as well!
We often end up spending evenings together, chatting, playing, having breakfast... but everyone still has the opportunity to withdraw. We attach great importance to consideration and open communication.
Cleanliness is important to us so we have a cleaning plan and are especially happy about people who see for themselves what needs to be done.
The apartment comes with many luxuries. A huge balcony which we will work on as soon as the weather improves. The living room is very large and cozy, with an open fireplace and a sofa corner. There is enough space and storage space for all kinds of projects. We also have our own laundry room and we have two bathrooms and there is a sauna in the large bathroom. There is also a garden that is for use by all tenants in the building. We just bought most of the necessary furniture in the apartment and for using it you will pay 200€ as an Abschlag which you could pass to the next tenant after you.
The stated rent is already the total rent including everything such as the internet, electricity, GEZ, etc.
