Dear Next Renter,
I am leaving my wonderful jungle studio/room since my studies in Vienna are coming to an end soon.
The room will be available from 1st of July and so
I am looking for someone to take over.
I furnished the room all by myself plus some of the shared areas and I am planning to leave the furniture in, including bedsheets, pillows, plants, etc.. asking for some compensation.
I really think is not worth adding or removing stuff since the building has no elevator and it’s already been quite a challenge to make it look as it is.. but of course we could discuss about this :)
Apartment tours can be done anytime but will not be reserved until the deposit + furniture expenditure has been transfered 🫶🏼

There are trams literally the street behind.
By foot you can also reach the U4 in 5 minutes, while U6 is also reachable in 10 minutes walk max.
The flatmates are awesome.
Ola is from Benin and did his studies in Paris, right now focused on his solo business as yoga and paint/brand designer.
While Vova is from Kyiv and is an incredible product designer.
Both super open and friendly, can’t recommend them enough.
