Single Apartment in Central Munich

I would like to sublet my room from 10.05.2024, it is available until 30.09.2024. It is possible to change to permanent or open-ended contract if you still want it from 01.10.2024.

The location is in central Munich, near subway U6, under 10 minutes to LMU Munich and Marienplatz, 20 minutes to Olympia Park and Munich main station.

The residencial area itself is quiet and very green, offers good walk and jogging options. You can also take a walk to English Garden on foot, or take U6 for 1 or 2 stations. Big supermarket Aldi and Edeka is 7 minutes on foot.

The single apartment is fully equipped, with your own bathroom, kitchen and fridge. The cooking stove is moveable, and you can put it anywhere you like. There is also mattress, pillow and quilt, in case you don't have one already. You can bring your own household items like cleaning stuff, laundry powder, etc, or if you want I can also leave my to you. There is a garage for bikes, with washing machines and dryers (2,5 euros per wash, automatic coin machine) and clothe hangers.

About city registration, you are usually required to register if you leave in a place for more than 6 months. If you only live here for 4 months as a short-term sublet, city registration is not available and not required. But you can decide in September and let me know if you want to live here for long-term as well, then it is possible to do an open-ended contract and of course city registration as well.
