Looking for a New Flatmate from May 1st (enter on 29th April).
Hey everyone,
We’re looking for a new roommate to join our 3-person WG starting April 1st! Our apartment is 80 sqm, and we share a kitchen, entrance hall, and bathroom as common spaces.
About the Room & Apartment
The room is 20 sqm, very spacious and bright.
Located close to Ackerstraße, in a lively neighborhood with great restaurants and cozy stores. Supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away on foot. The U-Bahn stop Uhlandstraße is just 2 minutes away.
Rent: 485 €/month, plus 75€ for electricity and WiFi.
The room is furnished with a bed, desk with a rolling chair, wardrobe, and small commode.
Our departing roommate needs to sell some of her furniture (e.g., a large commode, curtains with mounting, lamp, chairs, little couch and table) at a fair price of 370€.
About Us
We are Marcos (from Paraguay) and Rebekka (from Germany). We both work in Düsseldorf and, when we’re not working, we enjoy meeting friends, spending time with family, working out, dancing and traveling. We like a friendly, relaxed WG atmosphere and keep common areas tidy and comfortable.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a young professional who is friendly, respectful, and enjoys a shared living space in a relaxed but responsible way.
