The room has a large window facing a small park, which allows for a lot of light to come in. There is no need to bring furniture; there is a bed, closet, desk, drawers and shelves. They came with the room so I am not taking them. (Only the mirror with the brown frame in the picture is mine, I will take it).
This room is next to the kitchen but there is a super duper good door that separates the corridor (where the entrance to the room is) and kitchen, so you don’t hear anything.
The apartment has a kitchen and living room area (2 in 1), a small but nice balcony, a washing machine-dryer room and 3 bathrooms.
The apartment is on the 1.OG floor of a 3-story building, which also has other shared apartments. The building has underground parking where you can safely store your bike. The Hbf is less than 10 minutes away by walking, as well as the library. Closest shops are Edeka and DM next to Hbf, but Lidl, Penny, Rewe are easily reached in 7min by bike.
Our WG is very international - at the moment, we have people from Germany, India, Italy, USA and Japan.
We all live in good harmony. We enjoy each other's company in the everyday setting and it’s important for us to always catch up with each other, let it be a quick chat in the kitchen or eating dinner together. Kitchen is actually the central point where some of us often end up eating dinner together just because we cooked at the same time!
Of course, we all respect other’s privacy and lifestyle. Everyone has different daily lives and not everyone always joins for everything. But that’s the beauty of this WG - you can feel relaxed and join an activity when you feel comfortable to join.
From time to time we organize international dinners, hikes, parties (2x a year 😃) or other activities together. Also, at least 2-3 of us go bouldering or running together often.
We value transparency and honesty, and we openly communicate about important topics regarding cleaning etc.

I will start arranging meetings starting from this weekend because I would wish to already find someone until next Friday (21.03.)! :) Move in date remains 1.04. Online castings are also easily possible.
Everything is included in the rent. We do put 5 € each month for common use stuff such as kitchen paper, oil...
I will leave on the 31st of March, so the room is available from 1st of April. The contract would be for 1 year, but there is usually no problem if you want to terminate it earlier or extend it.
