Part Furnished with a double bed, reading and dining table, chair, shelves, small refrigerator, cooker and stove are provided.
about 5 min. walk to Tram Stop (Line 18 and Line 19), three stops to Hauptbahnhof.
about 7 min. walk to U-Bahn (Schwanthalerhöhe) or S-Bahn (Hackerbrücke) station; bus stop is nearby.
about 5 Min. walk to Macromedia Hochschule für Medien und Kommunikation (MHMK), and Oktoberfest.
about 15-20 min. walk to Hauptbahnhof.
Only toilet and bathroom are shared.
Simple cook is allowed inside the room.
No extra fees have to pay, include internet, garbage and management.
Please note that the room (inside an apartment) is NOT allowed for any social, public and business activities. Pets are not allowed. (Very important!!)
