Very central living location, near Königsplatz, quiet, level 3 with lift. Combined living and bedroom: with double bed, bathroom with shower. Kitchenette also.

My apartment is right in the centre of town, 3 minutes walk from Hauptbahnhof Munich Central Station. Hauptbahnhof Station has major railway links, and the ICE train.

The apartment is newly furbished. Although it is in the busy part of town, the apartment itself is quiet. It is on the third floor with lift access. The bathroom is well equipped and overall, the apartment is very presentable.

The apartment has a kitchenette, where you can cook meals. It comes furnished, so you can use all the pots and pans.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment exclusively. This means, you will have your own space, and get to walk around freely without being bothered by anyone. There is a laundry room downstairs, with a dryer which you can use. It goes without saying, you will also have access to the Kitchen and Bathroom.

I am a professional male, and very honest. I am good at keeping contact, and respond quickly to emails. I will not be in the apartment during your stay, it will be completely for yourself.

The neighbourhood is bubbly. There are many shops close by to do shopping and department stores. Loads of restaurants to enjoy too! It is a very safe neighbourhood and the apartment itself is quite secure.

Hauptbahnhof station is a 3 minute walk, so you can get the S-Bhan and U-Bhan around town.
