This room is about 18 m2 with a balcony, It is square cut and has a high ceiling of near 3 meters. it is in 10th floor facing east, with large French window by the balcony side. You will have a bird view of the central campus as well as the cathedrals and hills in the far when standing on the balcony, we even witnessed the turn up of the double rainbow one day! This room is very bright in the whole day, especially in the morning the sun is fully in your bedroom side, the first golden ray of sunshine will wake you up on every sunny morning! The whole apartment is newly furnished this year so all things are new and modern, we have furnished the common area (i.e. the kitchen, the washroom and the entrance place, ca. 20m2) with things from Ikea, all new (within four months) as well.
Our apartment is right in the center to everywhere, central campus and town center are all just across the road, which takes less than five minutes on foot, the railway station around five minutes also on foot :-) Bus stop is right downstairs and takes 2 mins to reach. It's very convenient for students and people who work in inner city or near railway station.
My new flatmate will arrive in two months, and would like to short rent her room to someone nice and clean.
The rent is around 330 Euros per month all inclusive. With new furniture.
