A small but cozy furnished room in the non-smoking 7-people WG is available for rent from 1.8.2017 until at least 31.3.2018 (and can be extended further).
The whole house is 126 sq.m., and this room is "6 sq.m.", located in the second floor.
In the room you have a desk, a chair, a small closet, and a bed. There is also an extra space for big luggage, etc.
The kitchen is shared for all 7 people, but the bathroom is only for 5 people. There is also an extra toilet.
All the kitchenettes (cutlery, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, etc.), washing machine, and dryer are available to use.
We have 2 cats in the house, so not suitable for people with cats allergies.
The place is closed to U6 Kieferngarten (around 7 minutes walk), therefore, it's also suitable for any students or professions e.g. Allianz or BMW.
Rewe and Tangelmann is 10 minutes by foot or less than 5 minutes by bicycle. Edeka is also in a reachable distance.

Behind the house, there is a natural preserved garden. If you like to jog, walk, or even rest, you'll find it nice!
The house owner prefers someone who is clean, nice, tidy, and quiet during the night.
