Hello, I am subletting my flat from Friday 22.12.17 till Tuesday 02.01.18 or little longer.
Which means that staying a bunch of days longer could be possible to arrange, just let me know your needs and we'll see if we can work it out.
Really close to Görlitzer park in Kreuzberg.
it's a nice 40 sqm flat with a balcony facing the inner garden in a quiet street in the middle of Kreuzberg, with bars, restaurants, and the park right outside the door.
2 Metro stations and bus stops within 3-7 minutes walking.
Sleeping/living room + spacious hallway + separate kitchen with everything you need + bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine. Fast wifi is there as well.
The flat is a NON-SMOKING flat, you can smoke on the balcony though. There are families around here, so it is definitely not the place for a party and it wouldn't be anyway ahahah.
Again, it is available from Friday 22.12.17 till Tuesday 02.01.18 or little longer.
Price is 25 euro/day for singles and 35 euro/day for couples.
deposit/caution needed, also depending on the number of days you are going to stay.
