For the extended period between the 1st of December to the 15th of January the total would be 1200 €, but if we are a nice match we can talk about the period and the value :)
Hello there,
I'll be leaving Berlin for around 6 weeks for family reasons and will be renting out my room in this period.
The apartment is fully furnished (complete kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and so on).
The room has around 20 m2 and it's also completely furnished including a desk, monitor and chair for remote work.
It has really big windows, an exit to the balcony and a view to the green and quiet Hinterhof. Those windows have shutters which allows you to have a completely dark room.
I'm looking for a clean and organised person that will take care of my room as if it was hers/his/theirs.
Smoking in the balcony is ok, but not in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is located in a new building (2018), it has an elevator and a garden.
It's close to the Moritzplaz (U8) and the Jannowitzbrücke (SBahnen) stations.
There is a Späti downstairs with decent prices.
Lots of restaurants in the Oranienstraße.
There is a Lidl, an Edeka, a Netto, a Denns Biomarket and a Rossmann with less than 10 minutes walking.
It's also close to the Landwehrkanal and Engelbecken.
Alexanderplaz is also within 30 min walking.
It's a 2 apartment WG with completely independent rooms. Both rooms have an exit to the Balcony.
There is a cleaning schedule for the common areas (kitchen/living room and toilet), every week one person would clean it and the new flatmate needs to be up for that. As a reward the place is always clean and I'm looking for someone that also appreciate to live in this atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped so we can share good meals together.
About your roommate:
Bart is 28 years old and live in Berlin for some years now.
He works in the Digital services department of an Environmental consultancy company, which he does roughly half of the time from home.
In his spare time he likes to cook (really good also for you), carpentry, visit concerts or just listen to music in general. In the weekends he typically roams around Berlin on his bike or longboard and discovers new places and bars. And sometimes attends a game of Union Berlin.
