We are looking for a guy or a girl to rent a room in a four-room apartment on the third floor, without a lift (but don't worry they are easy to climb and you will get used to it 😜)
The room is 12m2. It is modernly furnished and has a large and comfortable bed 😌
The furnishings include a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a lamp and a shelf 👨🏻💻
The room is very bright, so you can enjoy the daylight ☀️ (it also has a rolling shutter so that the sunlight does not bother you in the morning 😉)
There's a possibility of extending the time of stay for few weeks to 1 month maximum.
Central apartment in West Berlin, Charlottenburg 😍
A beautiful area with a lot of restaurants nearby 🥗🍝🍜🍲🍣
Kantstr. or Wilmerdorfer str. 5 min by walking.

We usually do activities together (within what is allowed due to Covid) such as hiking, going out for a drink, walking, practicing sport, cooking at home together. We are like a small family.
We also follow a cleaning schedule (once per week) that is carried out by teams. That will include you as well.
Very important information
- Monthly rent is 470€ all inclusive (internet and TV tax included).
- This is a TEMPORARY accommodation.
- The move in date is 15 of June 2021
