Befristestes WG-Zimmer im Weitlingkiez / Short term room in Weitlingkiez

Die WG befindet sich in der schönen Altbaugegend Weitlingkiez. Von bis zu 5 Supermärkten, Paketshops, Restaurants, Döner- und Shaormabuden und Öffis ist alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Zur Busstation sind es 2min.
Zum S+U Bhf Lichtenberg sind's 10min, zum S Bhf Nöldnerplatz ca. 8 min.
Von S Bhf Nöldnerplatz ist es 1 Station (2min) bis Ostkreuz und vom S+U Bhf Lichtenberg 8 (12min) Stationen bis zum Alexanderplatz.

Boxi (Friedrichshain) und Kreuzberg sind auch sehr gut erreichbar.

Der Flur ist noch im renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand, weswegen es da so leer aussieht. WLAN / WiFi ist auch verfügbar.
Die Küche darfst du mit den Küchengeräten natürlich mitbenutzen. Es wäre sehr gute dass du deine eigenen Töpfe und Pfannen (für das Elektroherd) mitbringst, da jeder seinen eigenen hat.
Es gibt einen Putzplan für das Badezimmer und die restlichen Räume werden bei Bedarf und gelegentlich geputzt. Müll wird rausgenommen, wenn es voll ist (hier auch Eigeninitiative).

Dein MB ist Adrian (22), studiert an der FU, ist ein entpdannter und netter Zeitgenosse. Mit ihm sprichst du dich ab was das Zusammenleben betrifft (Putzplan sollte eingehalten werden).
Dennoch gibt es Regeln die nicht verhandelbar sind:
Partys oder sonstige laute Veranstaltungen sind nicht erwünscht, da es eine ruhige Gegend ist und die Nachbarn sonst Stress machen. Die Ruhezeiten soltlen auch respektiert werden, sonst gibst auch Stress (Germany ✨). Das Zimmer wird mit den Möbeln vermietet und sollte bitte auch wie deine eigenen gut behandelt werden, ergo nicht beschädigt werden. Ich befürchte auch, dass Anmeldung in diesem kurzen Zeitraum nicht möglich ist.

Wir werden auch gerne in diesem Zeitraum in Kontakt bleiben, falls du formale Hilfe aus der Ferne brauchst oder Fragen has, bin ich natürlich da. 🤞🏼

Hello everyone,
I'm doing a semester abroad in the winter semester 2023/24 and therefore I'm looking for an interim tenant for my shared room during this time (25.09.2023 - 10.09.2024).
The big plus is a balcony with balcony furniture and a loft bed (in case you want to add something legal).
There is a lot of furniture in the room: desk with chair, pull-out couch, high-quality mattress on a bed pallet, wardrobe, drawer and a bookshelf.

The room is rented furnished.
Sunlight shines in from the afternoon, but there is light coming in from the reflection of the parallel building.

The flat-sharing community is located in the beautiful old Weitlingkiez neighbourhood. It is within walking distance of up to 5 supermarkets, parcel shops, restaurants, kebab and shawarma shops and public transport.

The bus station is 2 minutes away.
The S+U station Lichtenberg is 10 minutes away, the S station Nöldnerplatz approx. 8 minutes.
From S station Nöldnerplatz it's 1 stop (2min) to Ostkreuz and from S+U station Lichtenberg 8 (12min) stops to Alexanderplatz.

Boxi (Friedrichshain) and Kreuzberg are also very easy to reach.

The hallway is still in need of renovation, which is why it looks so empty. WLAN / WiFi is also available.
Of course, you can use the kitchen with the kitchen appliances. It would be very good if you bring your own pots and pans (for the electric cooker), as everyone has their own.
There is a cleaning schedule for the bathroom and the rest of the rooms are cleaned as needed and occasionally. Rubbish is taken out when it is full (here also own initiative).

Your MB is Adrian (22), studies at the FU, and is an easy-going and nice person. You agree with him on how to live together (cleaning schedule should be followed).
Nevertheless, there are rules that are non-negotiable:
Parties or other loud events are not welcome, as it is a quiet area and the neighbours will otherwise cause stress. Quiet times should also be respected, otherwise there will also be stress (Germany ✨). The room is rented with the furniture and should be treated well like your own, i.e. not damaged. I am also afraid that registration is not possible in this short period.

Feel free to introduce yourself, tell me why you're coming to Berlin and what time of moving and living in the apartment would fit better to you. If there is no other option, the period is also negotiable.
