My name is Dr. Aleena Baby, and I am Data Scientist and currently live in Aachen. I'm writing to you because I'm looking for a 1-2 room apartment.

A few words about me: I have a stable income and I am a reliable, responsible and proper tenant. I keep my home clean and well-kept. Besides, I'm non-smoking and I don't own pets due to allergies.

In my free time I like to watch movies and shows (The Big Bang Theory, Friends, How I Met Your Mother) and occasionally visit stand-up comedy shows. I also love weekend trips in nearby cities.

I am a quiet and uncomplicated person who appreciates a peaceful environment. I prefer a smoke-free environment due to slight breathing problems. I am also allergic to seafood, cats and dogs, so they will not play a part in the household.

I am financially stable and can present the following:
• proof of income / employment contract
• References from previous landlords (if necessary)
• Deposit and on-time rental

I am looking for a comfortable, well-lit apartment with basic amenities in a safe and well-connected neighborhood.
