Studio apartment, large balcony & wintergarten (conservatory) overlooking park spot with trees - very green, quiet and relaxed, east facing.
The balcony is the real draw here - lots of sun.
4th floor with elevator access and everything you would need (bed, desk, wardrobe, kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi etc)
Recently renovated - so everything is working & clean. Renting at cost price: I'm really just looking for someone to cover rent and look after the place (incl watering plants) while I'm away.

Central & well connected: in the immediate vicinity of Ostbahnhof with regular S-bahn across city (as well as regional train connection) Weberwiese U-bahn stop (U5 line) is also 5 minutes away on foot.
There are numerous supermarkets nearby - Edeka on same street, Ostabahnhof Rewe open on Sundays(!)
Friderichshain & Boxhagener Platz a short walk away.
I would consider shorter stays, but priority given to those taking it for whole duration.
Extension may be possible - would need to discuss.
