The sofa and probably and also the kitchen table will not be part of the furnishing.

The apartment is located directly on the Görlitzer Park and this is not something for everyone, where the area also loves many (for example)

An apartment registration will be possible.

The apartment is located right next to Görlitzer Park, which isn't for everyone—though many people love the area (myself included).

Registration of residence ("home registration") will be possible.

Ab dem 21.4.2025 kann diese schöne Wohnung, die im 2. OG liegt, für 7 Monaten bezogen werden. Die Wohnung wird teilweise möbliert vermietet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Waschmaschine und Wohnzimmertisch. Eine Einbauküche ist auch vorhanden.

Das Sofa und wahrscheinlich und auch der Küchentisch wird nicht Teil der Möblierung sein.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Görlitzer Park und das ist nicht für jeden etwas wobei die Gegend auch viele lieben (ich zum Beispiel)

Eine Wohnungsanmeldung wird möglich sein.
