I hand over my studio lease in Berlin-Mitte

Dear students looking for a flat in Berlin! 🙂

I’m looking for someone to take over the lease on my studio. The new tenant must be a student, and I will introduce the selected person to the administration to start the lease process. Is a lease for an indefinite period of time.

About the apartment:
It’s a 1-bedroom studio with a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a cute balcony. 🙂 I’m looking for someone to move in at the beginning of May 2025.
The apartment is unfurnished but some of the furniture can be purchased at a good price.

Please note****** Taking over my lease comes with a fee set by the real estate agency 238 €. You will also need to provide all the required documentation to rent the place.

Please send this complete documentation ready to be sent to the real estate agency as soon as possible.
Subsequent tenant:
Please make sure that the new tenant meets the following requirements and that the documents are
complete. The current tenant must submit the documents to the property management company independently; incomplete documents will not be
processed. We require:
- Complete self-disclosure, according to the template

-Copies of identity cards (front and back of resident and guarantor, if applicable)
Proof of creditworthiness that guarantees the rental payments (three salary
statements or the employment contract)
- Certificate of enrollment, training contract or similar for properties used by
students.
The documents must be received by the property management company in
full and in good time 4 weeks before the desired move-out date. You will only
receive written confirmation once the documents have been fully checked
and positively assessed.
Please note that a processing fee will be charged for processing the
subsequent tenancy or, in the case of a subsequent tenancy, a processing
fee of 238.00 € will be charged.

*** your min. income should be of 1800 € Neto per month, otherwise you would need your parents to be your contract partner. (bürger)

Please make sure you count with all the needed documentation before contacting me. I need to find someone ASAP and all need be ready to be provided to the administration.
