I am offering my one-room apartment in Moabit for a 1-month sublease.
**Rent**:
€1000 in total, which includes gas, electricity, internet, and radio fees. A security deposit of 500 Euros is required upon signing the contract and key exchange.
**Apartment**:
The apartment is 38 sqm and is divided into 1 big main room, a small corridor, a small dressing room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment exists on the 2nd floor of a 4-store building.
**Main room**:
The main room, as shown in the photos, comprises a large space with a lovely view over the street and the French balcony. The room contains:
- 120x190 cm bed
- L-shaped sofa transformable to a 140x200 cm bed
- Squared dining table with 4 chairs
- Corner office desk with a desk lamp and a 27” monitor
- Long mirror
- Standing lamb
- Bookshelf
**Corridor**:
Besides the main room, there is a small corridor that holds a shoe wardrobe, a shoe rack, and a coat hanger.
**Kitchen**:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances:
- 126L fridge with 18L freezer compartment
- 10.5kg washing machine
- 4-eye gas stove with oven
- Toaster
- Laundry bucket
- Trash container
NOTE: the coffee machine and electric grill shown in the photos will be removed.
**Bathroom**:
The bathroom is not so big, but it feels cozy and has everything you need 😉
**Heating**:
The heating system is water-based, and the temperature can be adjusted using the digital thermometer in the main room.
**Leisure**:
The area is super nice and lively, filled with cafes, bars, and authentic restaurants. You will notice how beautiful that is when you come and visit. You can also walk approx. 3 minutes to find yourself having a nice view of the Spree.
**Transportation**:
There are 2 nearby bus stations, Gotzkowskystr. and Turmstrasse/Beusselstrasse, withbus lines: 245, 101, 106, M27, and 123.
From Gotzkowskystr. you can take Bus 245 to reach Hauptbahnhof in 13 minutes or the other direction to reach Zoologischer Garten at approximately the same time.
The nearest U-Bahnhof (U9) and tram station (M10) is U-Turmstrasse which is approximately a 10-minute walk, but can also be reached by most of the buses mentioned above.
The nearest S-Bahnhof (Ringbahn) is S-Beusselstrasse and can be reached by buses 106 and 123.
**Supermarkets**:
Besides a large number of Spätis existing within the perimeter, there are 2 nearby Rewe branches and 1 Penny branch. Approx. 10 minutes of walking in the other direction takes you to Edeka. There are also many Arabic / Turkish shops like eurogida and Bolu and others existing very close by.
**Conditions**
- Smoking is completely unallowed - any trace/smell of smoke found/smelled after the handover will lead to a 100% deduction of the deposit.
- Pets are completely unallowed.
