I am offering my one-room apartment in Moabit for a 1-month sublease while my wife and I are traveling to the family. The lease period is from November 30th to January 1st.

**Rent**:
€1000 per month, which includes gas, electricity, internet, and radio fees. A security deposit of 1000 Euros is required upon signing the contract and key exchange.

**Apartment**:
The apartment is 38 sqm and is divided into 1 big main room, a small corridor, a small dressing room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment exists on the 2nd floor of a 4-store building.

**Main room**:
The main room, as shown in the photos, comprises a large space with a lovely view over the street and the French balcony. The room contains:
- 120x190 cm bed
- L-shaped sofa transformable to a 140x200 cm bed
- Squared dining table with 4 chairs
- Corner office desk with a desk lamp and a 27” monitor
- Long mirror
- Standing lamb
- Bookshelf

**Corridor**:
Besides the main room, there is a small corridor that holds a shoe wardrobe, a shoe rack, and a coat hanger.

**Kitchen**:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances:
- 126L fridge with 18L freezer compartment
- 10.5kg washing machine
- 4-eye gas stove with oven
- Toaster
- Laundry bucket
- Trash container
NOTE: the coffee machine and electric grill shown in the photos will be removed.

**Bathroom**:
The bathroom is not so big, but it feels cozy and has everything you need 😉

**Heating**:
The heating system is water-based, and the temperature can be adjusted using the digital thermometer in the main room.
