It is very important that you take care of the furniture in the studio and keep it clean and tidy.

Location: Great location, in one direction the Schönhauser Allee with many cafes and restaurants, in the other direction the quiet Pankow. 100m walk to net, other supermarkets also nearby.

Means of transport: Below is the Tram station, the S- and subway are very close to the Alexanderplatz only 20 minutes.


Studio: new building with elevator and underfloor heating. Large mirror in the bathroom. My favourite is the balcony and the floor-to-ceiling windows! The 30 m2 have a good cut, in the afternoon it is always sunny.

Ich muss wegen Arbeit 3 Wochen weg und biete mein neu möbliertes Studio in Prenzlauerberg an! Mit Balkon und umstellbaren Schreibtisch ;)

Bitte mir eine Nachricht über dich schreiben, wer du bist und was machst du in dem Zeitraum!

Es ist sehr wichtig, dass du dich um die Möbeln im Studio kümmerst und es sauber und ordentlich halten.

Lage: Tolle Lage, in die eine Richtung die Schönhauser Allee mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants, in die andere Richtung das ruhige Pankow. 100m Fußweg zu Netto, andere Supermärkte auch in die Nähe.

Verkehrsmittel: Unten ist direkt die Tram-Station, die S- und U-Bahn sind ganz in der Nähe, zum Alexanderplatz nur 20 Minuten.


Studio: Neubau mit Aufzug und Fußbodenheizung. Großer Spiegel im Bad. Mein Favorit ist der Balkon und die bodentiefen Fenster! Die 30 m² haben ein gutes Schnitt, nachmittags ist es immer sonnig.
