One person, or a couple apartment for a month

Hello.

I am travelling from 12.12.24 til 10.01.25. I am renting my apartment during that period. It has a nice little balcony with calm surroundings and a relaxing view (: The kitchen has an electrical stove and all the needed utilities. It is a student dormitory so it is prefered if you are a student like myself but it is ok if you are not. Furthermore, The bed is a single bed suitable usually for one person, but if a couple want to use it I do not mind as well. The bus station is right next to you, less than a minute walking. It takes you to S bahnhof Treptower-park in a few mins and from there it is straight to Alexanderplatz, or, you can take the bus directly to Nuekolln. Netto is 2 mins by walking next to the bus station so grocery shopping is quite easy and smooth. If you need more pictures let me know.
