Möblierte und ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, mitten im Grünen, nahe der FU (10 Minuten), dem Klinikum Benjamin Franklin (10 Minuten) und mit eigener Terrasse.

Die im Kolonialstil eingerichtete Wohnung wird zwischenvermietet.

Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer gemütlichen Sitzgruppe, einem Schaukelstuhl und vom Bett aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick in den Garten.

Ein Schreibtisch für das Home-Office steht in einem separaten Raum zur Verfügung. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man während eines Aufenthaltes benötigt (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe/Pfanne, Wasserkocher) und hat zudem einen kleinen Geschirrspüler neben der Waschmaschine, dem Backofen etc. Auch gehört zur Wohnung ein Pkw-Stellplatz.

In der Pauschalmiete sind wlan/dsl enthalten. Das zweite Zimmer der Wohnung wird nicht mitvermietet und enthält Wohnmöbel, die untergestellt sind.

Furnished and quiet 1-room apartment, surrounded by greenery, close to the FU (10 minutes), the Benjamin Franklin Clinic (10 minutes) and with its own terrace.

The colonial-style furnished apartment is temporarily rented out.

The living room is furnished with a cozy seating area, a rocking chair and from the bed you have a wonderful view of the garden.

A desk for the home office is available in a separate room. The bathroom has a bathtub and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need during your stay (dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, kettle) and also has a small dishwasher next to the washing machine, oven, etc. The apartment also has a parking space.

The all-inclusive rent includes wifi/dsl. The second room in the apartment is not rented out and contains furniture that is stored underneath.
