The apartment is fully furnished.
On about 30 square meters there is a large living room, a hall with refrigerator and a bathroom with bathtub, WC, sink, mirror, wall cabinet and window.
A small kitchen with sink, water boiler, microwave, induction hotplate, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery is located in the living room, in addition a wardrobe, a shelf, a sofa, a table with two chairs and a large bed, approx. 1.80 m wide and about 75 cm high. There are plenty of storage space for everything that does not fit in the closet.
The wide window front to the south-east releases the view into the green and is unstructured. The apartment includes a 12 m2 small outer surface, which merges into a fenced meadow (our cat liked to strom here).
Thanks to the location in the Souterrain, the apartment offers a balanced room climate. Heating costs are extremely low because the apartment benefits from the adjacent central heating room of the house.
Overall, the Unterfeldhaus district is more oriented towards Düsseldorf-Unterbach than Erkrath, as the old town of Erkrath is 5 km away, while the Gerresheimer Landstraße in Düsseldorf-Unterbach is only 2.1 km away and the Unterbacher See is only 2 km away. The Eselsbach and its Wäldchen can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.
Located near the A46 and A3, the location offers perfect connections to Düsseldorf and Wuppertal or Cologne and Oberhausen. The Düsseldorf University HHU is located 12 km west of the apartment. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the residence, no minute away. By bus line 780 you can reach the Düsseldorf metro station and traffic junction Werstener Dorfstraße in 16 minutes. The bus 06 is the fastest way to Düsseldorf Main Station.
To the Unterbacher See a footpath leads along the Eselsbach, also ideally suited as a short walk for dogs. Due to the green surroundings and the proximity to the beautiful Lake Unterbach with its diverse range of sports and leisure activities, living in Maiblümchen offers a high quality of life.
