Couple Looking for a 1-Bedroom Apartment

Hello there,

My name is Vaaniya Iftikhar, and I recently secured the Fully Funded DAAD Scholarship at the University of Erfurt. I'll be moving to Erfurt on September 27th to begin my studies. My husband will also be joining me in October/November.

My husband and I are excited to start our new life together in Erfurt. We're an easygoing couple who value cleanliness, organization, and a peaceful living environment. We're non-smokers and don't have pets. In our free time, we enjoy exploring nature, going for walks in the park, and hiking.

As a student and my husband most probably working, we're looking for a quiet and cozy apartment where we can focus on our studies, work, and build our very new married life together. We're considerate of neighbors and respectful of the property.

We're looking forward to making Erfurt our home and becoming part of the community. We would be very interested in properties that could provide the following:

- Not too far away from the University of Erfurt
- Has a fully functional kitchen (does not need to have cutlery)
- Has a bathroom with shower area (preferably also a window)
- Have a washer/laundry facility available
- Decent internet connectivity in the property
- Space to allow us to bring our own furniture pieces (bed at least)
- Safe and secure neighborhood
