Mi nombre es Vaaniya Iftikhar, y recientemente he conseguido la beca DAAD totalmente financiada en la Universidad de Erfurt. Me mudaré a Erfurt el 27 de septiembre para comenzar mis estudios. Mi esposo también se unirá a mí en octubre/noviembre.

Mi marido y yo estamos emocionados de empezar nuestra nueva vida juntos en Erfurt. Somos una pareja fácil que valora la limpieza, organización y un ambiente de vida pacífico. No somos fumadores y no tenemos mascotas. En nuestro tiempo libre, disfrutamos de explorar la naturaleza, ir a pasear por el parque y caminar.

Como estudiante y mi esposo probablemente trabajemos, estamos buscando un apartamento tranquilo y acogedor donde podamos centrarnos en nuestros estudios, trabajo y construir juntos nuestra nueva vida matrimonial. Somos considerados de vecinos y respetuosos de la propiedad.

Estamos deseando hacer de Erfurt nuestra casa y formar parte de la comunidad. Estaríamos muy interesados en propiedades que pudieran proporcionar lo siguiente:

- No muy lejos de la Universidad de Erfurt
- Tiene una cocina totalmente funcional (no es necesario tener cubiertos)
- Tiene un baño con ducha (preferiblemente también una ventana)

My name is Vaaniya Iftikhar, and I recently secured the Fully Funded DAAD Scholarship at the University of Erfurt. I'll be moving to Erfurt on September 27th to begin my studies. My husband will also be joining me in October/November.

My husband and I are excited to start our new life together in Erfurt. We're an easygoing couple who value cleanliness, organization, and a peaceful living environment. We're non-smokers and don't have pets. In our free time, we enjoy exploring nature, going for walks in the park, and hiking.

As a student and my husband most probably working, we're looking for a quiet and cozy apartment where we can focus on our studies, work, and build our very new married life together. We're considerate of neighbors and respectful of the property.

We're looking forward to making Erfurt our home and becoming part of the community. We would be very interested in properties that could provide the following:

- Not too far away from the University of Erfurt
- Has a fully functional kitchen (does not need to have cutlery)
- Has a bathroom with shower area (preferably also a window)
- Have a washer/laundry facility available
- Decent internet connectivity in the property
- Space to allow us to bring our own furniture pieces (bed at least)
- Safe and secure neighborhood
