Mit dem Fahrrad oder einer kurzen Fährfahrt kommt man schnell ins Naturschutzgebiet Schwanheimer Düne.

Zu Fuß ist man außerdem in zehn Minuten am Bahnhof Höchst, von wo die S1, die S2 und mehrere Regios nach Frankfurt rein oder in die andere Richtung nach Wiesbaden, Mainz und Mannheim fahren. Ins Gallus kommt man schnell mit der Straßenbahn, zum Flughafen fahren mehrere Busse.

Das Haus wurde von der Genossenschaft sonara gebaut und wird auch in Zukunft selbst verwaltet. Die Miete ist eine Kostenmiete, das heißt niemand zieht daraus Profit, sondern es sind nur die Kosten, die dem Haus und der Genossenschaft entstehen. Dadurch kann die Miete in den nächsten Monaten auch nochmal etwas günstiger werden und das geben wir dann natürlich auch an dich weiter.
