For a 1-room apartment the apartment is very large and offers many possibilities for cleaning. The apartment is fully furnished and has a modern bathroom and a small balcony.
In front of the front door are an Edeka and a DM, as well as a Mr. Döner and an international supermarket. Also a gym is right behind the house.
When you go down the road, you reach a S-Bahn stop, so you are well connected to public transport.
There are, however, very limited or fighting parking spaces in front of the door.
The apartment itself is located in Campo Novo a student home directly in Herdern and not far from the Institute district.

Für eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung ist die Wohnung sehr groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Verräumen. Die Wohnung ist voll möbeliert und besitzt ein modernes Badezimmer und einen Kleinen Balkon.
Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich ein Edeka und ein DM, sowie ein Mr. Döner und ein internationaler Supermarkt. Auch ist ein Fitnessstudio direkt hinter dem Haus.
Wenn man die Straße runtergeht, erreicht man eine S-Bahn Haltestelle, daher ist man gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden.
Parkplätze gibt es vor der Tür allerdings sehr begrenzt bzw umkämpft.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in Campo Novo einem Studentenwohnheim direkt in Herdern und nicht weit vom Institutsviertel.
