The apartment is centrally located and accessible by tram lines 4 (towards Vauban) and 5 (towards Rieselfeld), about 8 minutes from the city center. A Lidl supermarket is nearby for shopping. The apartment also includes a small balcony facing the garden on the opposite side, away from street noise.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, erreichbar mit den Straßenbahnlinien 4 (Richtung Vauban) und 5 (Richtung Riesefeld), ca. 8 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe ist Lidl zum Einkaufen. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein kleiner Balkon zum Garten auf der anderen, vom Straßenlärm abgewandten Seite.
