Since I became mom in early June 2023, I'm looking for a larger apartment for us two and our terrier mix female and swap this 1 room apartment with balcony in the 4th. OG (3rd floor), against a 2 room apartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and there is a sunny balcony.
At my entrance to the apartment, in December 2013, I purchased and built the small kitchenette at Ikea. She's still okay, but whoever's got a kitchen will probably want to bring it, which would be okay. To my kitchen would otherwise be to say that the former two cooktops were replaced by me, with a double Ceran field from Rommelsbacher Germany, which works perfectly despite small macke. There is also an almost brand new mini oven of the same brand.
The apartment is located in the Stühlinger district, near the Ochsenbrücke and the E-Werk. Shopping is within a few minutes easy walking distance, just like public transport.
Pets such as dogs and cats may be kept after consultation with the landlord or house administration, in this case the Vonovia; Apart from dogs that are regarded as martial dogs, or list dogs, this is not a problem for dogs when they are told.
My last job was limited, which is why we are currently living with civil money as I am in parental time. Since the beginning of November, I have a place of care for the little one and then again the opportunity to work.
With regard to rent, I have a bureaucracy and can guarantee for punctual rental payments.
