It is a single apartment right by the lake. The apartment has a total of about 22m2 of which are apparently about 8-10m2 kitchen and bathroom (the bathroom is a separate small room). There is a beautiful wooden floor in the room and the view is also quite beautiful. The apartment is already furniture. It is small but you can make yourself comfortable and you can always cook with people connecten for example in the Tik Lounge (every day offers: pub quiz, zsm cook, tischtennistunier...) if this alone doesn't give you 100%.
The apartment is in the Stusie. Within 1 min walk you will find an Edeka and Penny the tram station (line 1) the home's club, table tennis, basketball and volleyball fields and, of course, also the beautiful lake park. For the summer semester, this is really a great place to live here, there is always a lot to go and a lot of Studis chill at the lake during the day and evening.
In 7min walkway/3min bike you come to the Westarkaden a road where there are many shopping opportunities (Denn’s/Aldi/Rewe/...)
You are at the train station/city centre in 10 minutes. It takes just as long to the Institute quarter. If you have to take the PH, I believe with the train 25 minutes and you don't have to change. The train runs every 5-10 minutes.
On the withdrawal date I am not quite sure so in any case until the end of juni but was also a month longer until the end of juli.
