Currently, I am staying in long-term accommodation in Beblostr./Bogenhausen Munich until the end of May/Oct. I am looking for a long-term studio or a private kitchen flat from June or July. I am flexible with the move-in date and can adjust based on your preferences.

A little about me: I am a non-smoker and have no pets (though I have a cat in my home country and might bring it to Munich if it’s okay, but it’s not a must). I am calm, reliable, and honest, and I highly value open communication, as I believe it fosters a positive and friendly living environment. In my free time, I swimming enjoy, running, yoga, and meditation.

At the moment I live in a long-term accommodation in Bogenhausen until the end of May/Oct. From June/July, I'm looking for a long-term studio apartment or an apartment with own kitchen. I am flexible with the intake date and can adapt to your wishes.

My financial situation is stable, and I can provide all the necessary documents, including my TUM registration certificate, my contract of employment, confirmation of my blocking account at Axion Bank and, if desired, a Schufa (request now) statement.

Neben meinem Studium arbeite ich als Werkstudent im Bereich Datenanalyse und Informatik. Ich suche ab dem 1. Juni (oder 1.
