Hello,
since I am abroad, I am renting out the large 20sqm room in my apartment (35sqm to rent in total) from now on or later until mid-May 2025 (possibly longer).
The apartment is fully furnished and is rented out as is. There is a sofa bed, armchair bed, TV, desk and cupboards in the room. The room is very large and bright, in the afternoon the sun is in there until sunset.
The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee machine, kettle, large fridge, washing machine, etc.
You have the apartment to yourself for the entire rental period.

The rent is only for 1 person and includes all additional costs including electricity and GEZ. The apartment can only be rented to working people.

Only 5-7 minutes from the Hamburger Straße U3 subway. 10 minutes to the U1 Ritterstraße.
Next to the house is an ALDI and REWE, very practical, doing a quick shop on the way home after work is no problem.
100 meters further on is the canal and a small park. It's quite good to jog here. Alster is only about 3 km, about 10 minutes away by bike. Super nice area.
