This is intended to result in the income of the last three months in an unannounced employment relationship. Alternatively, you can insert a bush; I need this information from this volunteer.

4. A descent from you or your fellow human beings who are enraged for you

You can buy this especially with reduced information content for landlords, alternatively you can apply for a free Schufa (request now) excursion once a year via the Schufa (request now) page. (here the processing by the Schufa (request now) often takes a little longer!)

5. A certificate of enrollment

für einen Besichtigungstermin ist folgendes erforderlich:

1. Ein persönliches Gespräch.

So wie ihr sicherlich Fragen an mich zu Wohnung, Lage, Mietkonditionen usw. habt, habe ich auch Fragen an euch. Da ich nicht alle treffen kann, welche sich hierüber bewerben. Lass uns zunächst reden!

2. Eine Mieterselbstauskunft

Darin finde ich Angaben zu deiner Person (Name, Geburtstag, etc. ...), Informationen zu deinem jetzigem Wohnort wie z.B. eventuelle Mietrückstände.

3. Einen Einkommensnachweis

Darauf soll das Einkommen der letzten drei Monate in einem ungekündigtem Arbeitsverhältnis hervorgehen. Alternativ könnt ihr einen Bürgen einbringen; hier benötige ich selbige Informationen seitens dieses Freiwilligen.

4. Eine Schufaauskunft von dir bzw. deinem für dich bürgenden Mitmenschen

Diese kannst du speziell mit reduziertem Informationsgehalt für Vermieter kaufen, alternativ kannst du auch über die Seite der Schufa eine einmal jährlich kostenlose Schufaauskunft beantragen. (hier dauert die Bearbeitung seitens der Schufa oft etwas länger!)
