Rental in quiet one-room apartment Leipzig North East Zwischenmiete in ruhiger Einzimmerwohnung Leipzig Nord Ost

There are currently some construction sites in the area. But by bike (also nextbike) everything is super easy to reach. Rewe and consumption are close to reach Aldi, Penny and Net and Edeka by bike also quickly! The bus continues :))

Aktuell sind leider paar Baustellen in der Gegend. Aber mit dem Fahrrad (auch nextbike) ist alles super easy zu erreichen. Rewe und Konsum sind nah dran und Aldi, Penny und Netto und Edeka mit dem Fahrrad auch schnell zu erreichen! Der Bus fährt auch weiterhin :))

The furniture that can be seen in the pictures are almost all gone. But I left the kitchen, the white cupboard in the kitchen and the washing machine. If you'd move completely without a stuff, I can also bring some dishes!!
I would also screw lamps everywhere - then only simple light bulbs. If you come with a bag and a pack, it is not necessary
I would like to have rented at the beginning of the month :)

Internet, electricity and GEZ are included in the 100€ additional costs. That's exactly how I paid it, and then I'd quit until July :)

Die Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, sind fast alle weg. Ich habe aber die Küche, den weißen Schrank in der Küche und die Waschmaschine da gelassen. Wenn du komplett ohne Stuff einziehen würdest, kann ich auch gerne noch etwas Geschirr bringen!!
Auch Lampen würde ich überall noch reinschrauben - dann allerdings nur simple Glühbirnen. Wenn du eh mit Sack und Pack kommst, ist das ja gar nicht nötig :D
Die Miete hätte ich gerne am Anfang vom Monat :)

In den 100€ Nebenkosten sind Internet, Strom und GEZ mit drin. Genauso habe ich es gezahlt und ich würde es dann erst zum Juli kündigen :)
