The apartment is very well located, the station Südplatz is one minute away, as well as the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. So perfect for a pub night or if you don't want to cook. ; There you can also find beautiful shops and other shopping offers.
The Clara-Zetkin Park is also within walking distance to the city centre and you can reach the tram in five minutes. Kurt-Eisner-Straße you can reach three streets and get along with the ÖPNV to the west or east of Leipzig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, die Station Südplatz ist eine Minute entfernt, ebenso wie die Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Perfekt also für einen Kneipenabend oder falls du mal keine Lust hast, zu kochen. ;) Dort findest du auch schöne Lädchen und andere Shoppingangebote.
Auch der Clara-Zetkin Park ist in fußläufig zu erreichen und in die Innenstadt kommst du mit der Straßenbahn in fünf Minuten. Die Kurt-Eisner-Straße erreichst du drei Straßen weiter und kommst so auch gut mit den ÖPNV in den Westen oder Osten von Leipzig.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator etc., you will find all utensils for cooking. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, shower and a bathtub to relax. Ich verreise für einen Monat und vermiete ein Zimmer meiner Wohnung unter, du hättest im Mai also eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung nur für dich. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank etc. voll ausgestattet, du findest zum Kochen alle Utensilien. Im Bad findest du eine Waschmaschine, Dusche und eine Badewanne zum Entspannen. Ich bin eine sehr ordentliche Person und die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ich freue mich über eine Nachricht, falls du Interesse hast.
