I am a lot on the go and offer my small cozy apartment in the beautiful Connewitz as a shelter when I travel.

I have my apartment in the period from today (25.05.25) to 31.05.25, i.e. about a month. In a month you pay €500. The price includes everything (electricity, internet, rent). It is also possible to rent for a few days longer or shorter, just ask me!

The apartment is fully furnished, large bed, TV, small desk, kitchen and bathroom complete. Everything is ready and can be used.

The apartment is located in Connewitz, 10 min walk from the cross. Bus 70 stop is nearby. In 15 minutes you are by the bike at the lake. Bars, parks and the colorful life of Connewitz are right around the corner, but the apartment is still very quiet.

Ich bin viel unterwegs und biete meine kleine gemütliche Einraumwohnung im schönen Connewitz als Unterschlupf an, wenn ich auf Reisen bin.

Ich vermite meine Wohnung im Zeitraum vom heute (25.05.25) bis 31.05.25, also etwa einen Monate. In einem Monat zahlst du 500€. Im Preis ist alles (Strom, Internet, Miete) enthalten. Es ist auch möglich für ein paar Tage länger oder kürzer zu mieten, fragt mich einfach!

Die Wohnung ist komplett einrichtet, großes Bett, Fernseher, kleiner Schreibtisch, Küche und Bad komplett. Alles steht bereit und darf genutzt werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Connewitz, 10 min zu Fuß vom Kreuz entfernt. Haltestelle Bus 70 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 15 min bist du mit dem Rad am See. Bars, Parks und das bunte Leben von Connewitz sind direkt um die Ecke, aber die Wohnung ist dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen.
