Modern Studio Flat with Balcony from 01.04 (Students Only)

I’m the current tenant of the flat, subletting the flat from 01.04.2025 till 30.09.2025. You can most likely become the Nachmieter afterwards by signing a contract with the owners themselves.

The flat is equipped with floor heating and electrical window blinds (right side currently broken, the Immobilienverwaltung/ I will bear the costs of repair). It has its own little kitchen, bathroom and balcony. 2 mins by foot from the tram 19 stop Am Knie, 10 mins by foot from Pasing/ Laim S-Bahn. No viewing possible yet since I’m not in Germany now.

As for the costs,

Monthly fees
Rent: €935 warm monthly until 30.09
Internet: purchase directly from the provider, €18,5-€35/month depending on the package

One time fees
Deposit: €1870 (will be returned until end of contract)
Furnitures: €600
(Not needed under certain circumstances) Subletting fee to the landlord: €119
(Not sure if needed) Move-in fee to the landlord: €142,80
(Not sure if needed) Processing fee for Nachmiete to the landlord: €238
