Ich bin für ein paar Wochen in Kapstadt und vermiete meine geliebte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete, vom 17. April bis zum 10. Mai.
Die helle Einzimmerwohnung, ist in den ruhigen Innenhof gelegen, hat eine separate Küche und einen Balkon. Vormittags fällt die Sonne schön ins Zimmer – gerade im Frühling wirklich schön, vor allem auf dem Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht: Möbel, Küchenutensilien, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Staubsauger etc. Im Keller gibt’s eine Münzwaschmaschine und einen Trockner, die du mitbenutzen kannst.
Die Lage ist top: In 3 Minuten zur U3, von dort aus bist du in 6–8 Minuten im Zentrum. Edeka, Biomärkte, Bäcker und alles, was man braucht, findest du in der Nähe.
