The room is big (20 mq) with red marble floor, a double bed with new materass, guardrobe, a desk and chairs, heaters and air - conditioning warm - cold.

The apartment is recently restored, tidy and bright.
The bathroom is complete of big shower.
The second bathroom is without shower.
The kitchen is full equipped and also with microwave- hoven and water boiler.
The wi-fi is free and unlimited.
There are heaters and air conditioning system warm - cold.
In the apartment is avaiable now a new washing machine.
The apartment is at the beginning of the ancient area of Trastevere, but is not in the most crowed and noisy part of the area so you can enjoy the evening there and come back easily walking or in 10 minutes by tram n.8.
Venice square, the "central square" of Rome, is 20 minutes far by same tram n. 8.
It is 2 minutes by Trastevere station, which is the closest station of the center of Rome from Fiumicino aiport.
Termini station is anyway connected in 18 minutes by urban raylway trains which you can take with the normal bus tickets.
At 5 minutes walking there is a well furnished supermerket, all around there are all kind of shops, post office and other useful services and many caffè.
At two steps takes place the Sunday market of Porta Portese, the oldest and most famous roman flea market.
