Das Apartment verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile inklusive Kühlschrank. Ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und ein Kleiderschrank sind bereits vorhanden, sodass die Wohnung sofort bezogen werden kann. Dank der vielen Fenster ist der Raum hell und freundlich – ideal, um die Sonne zu genießen, wenn das Wetter mitspielt.

I am renting out my fully furnished 1-room apartment in the heart of Schwenningen in a building that is occupied exclusively by students. The apartment is located on the first floor and is therefore easily accessible without stairs. The address is: Austraße 8, 78056 Schwenningen.
The apartment has its own bathroom and a small kitchenette including a fridge. A bed, desk and closet are already available so that the apartment can be occupied immediately. Thanks to the many windows, the room is bright and friendly - ideal for enjoying the sun, weather permitting.
Further information:
*The rental period runs until 31.08., but can be extended by arrangement with the landlord. An Internet connection is currently available, but this will soon be terminated. The new tenant can use it temporarily until his own connection is set up.

Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel, da das Zimmer bereits leer steht und bezugsfertig ist. Die Wohnung wird bis zum Ende meines Mietvertrags übernommen, der am 31.08. ausläuft. Eine Verlängerung des Mietverhältnisses ist möglich, wenn eine Vereinbarung mit dem Vermieter getroffen wird.
Da ich bereits ausgezogen bin, bevorzuge ich zunächst eine Online-Besichtigung mittels Fotos und Videos. Persönliche Besichtigungstermine sind nach Absprache ebenfalls möglich.
Bitte schreibt in eurer Bewerbung kurz etwas über euch – z.B. euer Alter, was ihr studiert oder ob ihr eine Ausbildung, ein Praktikum oder euren Berufseinstieg plant. Ein Alter zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren ist ideal. Studierende, Auszubildende, Praktikanten oder Berufseinsteiger sind besonders willkommen.

The move-in date is flexible, as the room is already empty and ready to move into. The apartment will be taken over until the end of my tenancy agreement, which expires on August 31. An extension of the tenancy is possible if an agreement is reached with the landlord.
As I have already moved out, I prefer an online viewing using photos and videos. Personal viewings are also possible by arrangement.
Please write something briefly about yourself in your application - e.g. your age, what you are studying or whether you are planning to do an apprenticeship, an internship or start your career. Ideally, you should be between 20 and 30 years old. Students, trainees, interns or career starters are particularly welcome.
