untermiete süße 1-zimmer-wohnung **flinta only** subletting my studio (dates negotiable)

die wohnung liegt in der westvorstadt, ein (meiner meinung nach) sehr netter teil weimars, in der auch viele studierende wohnen. zu fuß ist man innerhalb von zehn minuten in der innenstadt und an der bauhaus uni (mit dem fahrrad dauert es nur jeweils fünf minuten, wenn nicht sogar weniger). außerdem liegen der salon, koriat, röstbrüder und auch die brotklappe auf der triererstraße direkt um die ecke :)

obwohl die wohnung nah zur triererstraße liegt, hört man diese überhaupt nicht. ganz im gegenteil ist es angenehm ruhig in der wohnung.

the apartment is in the 'westvorstadt', a part of town that i consider very nice, as it's pretty central and there are also many students living here. within ten minutes walking, you reach the inner city and the bauhaus university (by bike it's only about five minutes, if not less). cute places to hang out like the salon (bar), röstbrüder (café), koriat (delicious cakes and coffee) and the brotklappe on triererstraße (bakery) are just around the corner :)

even though the apartment is close to triererstraße, you can't really hear this big street inside my place. quite the contrary, it is pleasantly calm inside the apartment.

ich würde gerne jemanden finden, der sich in meiner wohnung genau so wohl fühlt wie ich und gleichzeitig meinen wohlfühlort respektiert.

in den nebenkosten bzw. sonstigen kosten ist alles mit drin (strom, wlan, gez). :)

bitte schreib mir gern ein paar zeilen zu dir als person, was du in weimar so machst und wie dein alltag aussieht, damit ich ein gefühl dafür bekomme, ob wir (bzw. die wohnung und du!) gut zusammenpassen :) bitte sag mir auch gern in deiner nachricht was für dich ein gutes einzugsdatum wär (für mich ist je früher desto besser, da ich eigentlich nicht geplant hatte für den september miete zu zahlen).
dann können wir gerne eine besichtigung ausmachen (auch online möglich!).

über die genauen einzugs- und auszugsdaten können wir ggf. auch nochmal quatschen (auch da ich noch nicht ganz genau weiß, wann ich zurückkomme). sobald alles geklärt ist, würde ich dann einen untermietsvertrag aufsetzen (das bedeutet auch, dass du dich auf jeden fall in weimar melden kannst).



p.s.: weil ich mich noch mitten in der klausurphase befinde, kann es manchmal auch ein paar tage dauern, bis ich antworte.

the utilities and extra costs include everything (electricity, wifi, gez). :)

please write a little about you, what you're doing in weimar and what your daily life looks like, so that i can get a feeling for if we (or the apartment and you!) are a match :) please also indicate in your message when your preferred moving-in-date would be (for me, the earlier the better, as i originally did not plan to pay rent for the month of september). then we can schedule a viewing (online is possible too!).


if needed, we can discuss the exact dates of moving in and out (also, cause i am not sure yet when i will be back exactly). once everything is agreed upon, i will set up a sublet contract (which also means you can register in weimar!).
