About the Apartment:

My bright, airy penthouse spans two floors and features modern parquet flooring, elegant finishes, and a lot of natural light. Your bedroom will be on the second floor, with the living room and a terrace, giving you more privacy. I will be mainly on the first floor, where the kitchen and my private area are located.
So you will have your own room and toilet while sharing the living room, terrace, and kitchen with me.

Although the apartment is located in a very urban area, full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, and anything else you may need, the street itself is calm, and the apartment is very quiet. The neighbours are very peaceful, and I hardly ever see them. It’s also a very safe area, so you can enjoy living here.

The apartment is just a short walk from Margaretenstraße and Reinprechtsdorfer Straße, areas known for their vibrant shopping and dining scenes. Excellent public transport connections nearby make exploring Vienna a breeze.
