Einzimmerwohnung + Atelierplatz; gemütlich & zentral

I leave the city for 2 months and therefore rent my small fine 1 bedroom apartment.
It is super central, near U Pilgramgasse, buses and the U4 are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need... Coffee machine, large bed, sofa, record player, canvas for cinema evenings, books, etc. It consists of a small kitchen (you can sit here too comfortably), bathroom with shower, hallway and bedroom/living room. It is located in the backyard, so it is quiet despite its central location.
The apartment is located in an old building and was not renovated. I have a lot of self-built, so it's nothing luxurious to expect, but cosiness.
I also own a desk in a studio space with other artists: inside, it is only 4 minutes by bike from the apartment. I also like to rent it to trusted people - it costs 130,- extra.
I am very happy, of course, if you are interested in apartment and studio space!

ich verlasse für 2 Monate die Stadt und vermiete daher meine kleine feine 1-Zimmerwohnung unter.
Sie ist super zentral gelegen, nahe U Pilgramgasse, Busse und die U4 sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst... Kaffeemaschine, großes Bett, Sofa, Plattenspieler, Leinwand für Kinoabende, Bücher, etc. Sie besteht aus einer kleinen Küche (hier kann man zu zweit gemütlich sitzen), Bad mit Dusche, Flur und Schlaf/Wohnzimmer. Sie liegt im Hinterhof, daher ist es trotz zentraler Lage ruhig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau und wurde nicht saniert. Ich habe einiges selbstgebaut, es ist also nichts luxuriöses zu erwarten, dafür aber Gemütlichkeit.
Ich besitze auch einen Schreibtisch in einem Atelierplatz mit anderen Künstler:innen, der ist nur 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Wohnung entfernt. Den miete ich auch gerne an vertrauenswürdige Personen unter - er kostet 130,- extra.
