I want to rent my apartment from 8 to 20 April.

The apartment is located in 3. Floor with elevator, has 38.5sqm and two rooms: one bedroom and a kitchen with sofa.

The rent is a total of 309€ (with electricity, WLAN etc.), and the deposit is 150€.

There are no pets, for this there are some plants that need water from time to time. There is an e-piano in the apartment, which can be played if necessary and must be treated carefully. Otherwise all furniture is there and bed linen, washing machine, kitchen utensils etc. may be used.

I have no pets, but some plants that need bit of water. There is an e-piano in the flat that can be played and need to be treaten carefully. You can use bed sheets, washing machine, kitchen stuff etc.

Ich möchte meine Wohnung untervermieten, vom 8. bis 20. April.

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock mit Aufzug, hat 38,5qm und zwei Räume: ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit Sofa.

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 309€ (mit Strom, WLAN etc.), und die Kaution 150€.

Haustiere gibt es keine, dafür ein paar Pflanzen, die ab und an Wasser brauchen. In der Wohnung steht ein E-Klavier, das bei Bedarf gerne bespielt werden darf und auf jeden Fall sorgsam behandelt werden muss. Ansonsten sind alle Möbel da und Bettwäsche, Waschmaschine, Küchensachen etc. dürfen gerne benutzt werden.
Wenn du denkst das könnte passen, schreib mir und wir können einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Eine online Besichtigung wäre auch möglich.
